Reliable Credit Card Provider

I have had my credit card with M&S bank for many years and am a happy customer, I’ve only had to contact their customer support once, they were helpful and dealt with my questions promptly and professionally. As with most providers they now have an app you can use which is intuitive and reliable, but you still have the backup of speaking to a real person if necessary. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

RUBBISH CREDIT CARD - REALLY LETS M & S DOWN!

I had terrible trouble getting the card set up in the first place and have written a letter describing it, then today I went into an Asda store and the card was declined contactless, then when I put in the pin it was still declined. I was in a long queue and had everyone behind me having to wait and it was most embarrassing. Have now telephoned M & S Bank and was told that for no reason the card was declined and now I have to go to an ATM and valid the pin there but as I am disabled I need to wait for a lift, most inconvenient. M & S Credit Card is a Must have!

I've had my M & S credit card for years now and I like that they gave their customers vouchers! It's a lovely surprise and definitely handy to use at their shop. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Best rewards ever.

The benefits of this card are amazing. Points for every transaction - more when spent in M&S. Points converted into M&S vouchers. Combined with Sparks the rewards and discounts are amazing.
