Great balance transfer card.

One of very few credit card companies that provide a 0% interest 12 month balance transfer with a 0% balance transfer fee. So beneficial. The app is great and easy to navigate. Transactions are applied almost immediately. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Best rewards ever.

The benefits of this card are amazing. Points for every transaction - more when spent in M&S. Points converted into M&S vouchers. Combined with Sparks the rewards and discounts are amazing. They have just upgraded Sparks so the rewards are even better now. Would recommend to anyone who shops in M&S. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Never had any issues so haven't needed Customer Service. Have had both instant and longer term accounts. Easy to track via the app. Any withdrawals to your bank account are instant. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
