M & S Credit Card is a Must have!

I've had my M & S credit card for years now and I like that they gave their customers vouchers! It's a lovely surprise and definitely handy to use at their shop. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Best rewards ever.

The benefits of this card are amazing. Points for every transaction - more when spent in M&S. Points converted into M&S vouchers. Combined with Sparks the rewards and discounts are amazing. My experience with M&S Bank credit card!

My experience covers 3 decades plus. A trustworthy credit card that is easy to operate with, that charges no fee, gives one sufficient time to settle in full thereby avoiding interest charges and which rewards with points converted to monetary vouchers. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

I'm having trouble getting online banking.

I'm having trouble getting online banking. My son tried (I'm 87) he said it's a terrible website. I phoned ON SATURDAY to set it up, your rep couldn't help, I asked for a manager, your rep said a supervisor would phone me in 30 mins to 1 hour, It is Tuesday . No-one has phoned. All i want is internet banking with my M&S. credit card It's easy with my Nationwide current account. What's wrong with M&S? Reviewed on: 14th October 2025

Cant pay cc in store colossal mistake ..

Today I receive letter telling me I can no longer pay in store!!!! Now has to be a DD or online banking . I don’t like online banking plus many people don’t have access to a computer shame on you M&S from being a customer for many years I will now cancel my card your loss ! Another colossal mistake ! You have not only lost sales but a customer and probably quite a few more. M&S are not the cheapest but we’re convenient. No longer more hassle than your worth. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025

Shocking service

I’ve held an M&S credit card for years but will give it up now due to terrible customer service. Resolution procedure seems to have been shipped to Asia making it very hard to understand and conversation. My problem was down to a hotel room being booked but then cancelled. The hotel waived the booking but Booking.com still charged me. M&S said because Booking.com gave a partial credit they would not be taking my enquiry any further. I did not stay in the hotel, the hotel were paid nothing but Booking.com and Marks & Spencer Bank made money from me in charges for no goods. Be warned Reviewed on: 20th June 2025
