Don't recommend

I use this card for about two years. This card is completely free no monthly charge at all and easy to apply. However, the card do not offer any benefits or rewards. You could not enjoy any benefits. I'm considering to switch to other credit provider. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024

Quick and simple service to use. Recommended

Quick and simple service to use. Everything dealt with very efficiently and with no stress. I’m really pleased with how Lloyds dealt with my balance transfer and massively reduced my monthly outgoings. Would highly recommend their credit cards Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Very helpful bank

Outstanding customer service

Reliable service

I find Lloyds offers a good mix of accounts and the mobile app is useful and secure. I do however sometimes find it tricky to sort out issues, over the phone. I'm notified when my statement comes through, which I can view on the app. This is helpful. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Dependable and informative

Lloyds application is good, if like me you only have a credit card, you can see offers and claim cash. Making payments is easy and reliable. Terms and conditions are clear and Lloyds is better to bank with. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023
