Don't recommend

I use this card for about two years. This card is completely free no monthly charge at all and easy to apply. However, the card do not offer any benefits or rewards. You could not enjoy any benefits. I'm considering to switch to other credit provider. Reviewed on: 5th June 2024

Outstanding customer service

Reliable service

I find Lloyds offers a good mix of accounts and the mobile app is useful and secure. I do however sometimes find it tricky to sort out issues, over the phone. I'm notified when my statement comes through, which I can view on the app. This is helpful. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023
