Good customer service
Barclaycard have great customer service but their Freedom Rewards card is somewhat lacking. It takes forever to build up enough points to earn a voucher (I think it's a £5 voucher for every £5000 spent).

high limit and best to control your spending interenet banking.
I registered card for internet banking.i see when to pay, i see when direct debits go, i see most relevant informations.have 5 other banks credit cards and trust me not many informations come with staatements.banks love customers that pay late payment...

I earn 28 k per year got 25 gbp cashback for approved application from Tc.co.uk and 3800 GBP limit with the card. highly recommend.K regards Luke.

Why not, I am happy!
This is my first ever credit card and I can’t complain. The mobile banking is very easy to use and it was added to my current account fairly quickly. The rewards are very easy to redeem even though I wish there were more options. Overall I am happy!

Great card with great reward scheme
Use the card for your daily purchases the points add up nicely and then redeem for something nice or treat a friend or family member to a gift

Better rewards needed!
The rewards leave a lot to be desired. Would need to spend thousands before seeing a small reward.

Great reward card
We always pay our balance off so aren't interested in cheap rates but are very interested in rewards and this one is a great card, easy to use and claim and very handy when you get it.

Get what it says on the tin
Have no problem when I try and make contact occasionally at peak time sit can take a bit longer to get through but customer service reps all very friendly.

Credit card rewards
This used to be Goldfish but was taken over by Barclaycard. The rewards are worth considerably less now and some of the key retailers that you used to be able to get reward vouchers for have been dropped.
