is BARCLAYS in banking?

I’ve been with BARCLAYS for quite awhile and while everybody else has increased my credit and supplied the other better products this bank does nothing I pay every month. I pay everything off. I have no huge debts and I don’t understand it but thank God there’s lots of other banks out there so you don’t have to deal with this one. Even though I’m still a customer.
