Very bad

Terrible service. I sent money to a credit card they had already closed. They confirmed they received it but kept it for over 6 weeks, refusing to refund. They told me to contact the sending bank, who said only Barclays can return it. This is against the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Very stressful and unfair – do not recommend."
