Took out a car finance with Motonovo as they offered the cheapest interest rate and were highly recommended by dealership.
A few months in an I’m trying to make extra payments and I cannot get through to anyone spending 1-2 hours a day just to get the same answer of I need to provide my own details which doesn’t feel safe. When trying to log in online the security is ridiculous password requirements are not great and cause issues and requiring a pin that can’t even be related to email or password just to stop you from getting in.

Barclaycard have an amazing app that’s easy to navigate and simple to set up, but that’s just the start of an amazing service offering the rewards and points you gain stack up and stay stacked for years so you can build as much as you need and use when you please. Points near expiry and you get an email and text reminder with time to use them. The best part the points can be used to basically any and every service and redeem for so many vouchers in ever category!
Credit limit and review is done every year and you have options to auto allow the increase or allow with approval. During coving a new feature to stop increase or decrease limit without affecting spending was added and it has become one of the best cards on the market.
Closed 2 other accounts after reaching the joint limit in my Barclaycard and decided to only use this account as it had the highest credit limit with lowest interest and has so much more to offer!

The best loan service I have ever used not only is my account super secure and easy to set up but every time I need support via web or phone I get a response within minutes.
I have never had a service where getting to customer support takes less than 5 minutes but Vanquis are absolutely amazing with this and all the support team are knowledgeable and hardly use the hold feature!
To make this service even better Vanquis offer 2 ways to make loan payments one which is making extra amount payments without affecting your loan and leaving you with a view of what’s left, and a second option of paying in increments and reducing your loan amount, interest and payments!

Bamboo Loans has been super easy to use from the quick and easy application process to getting a decision within minutes. Receiving the funds was super simple and required no effort from me truly managed from end to end with the customer in mind.
Managing the loan has been even simpler and more secure than ever to log in you just need a password and email combo and for extra security an safe code will be emailed to you to ensure only you can access the account. Once logged in seeing the full loan details is on the main page and all support and extra services are easily labeled and visible and making extra payments is super quick saving time for everything else in life!
