I have been using Barclays since 3years but I can't use my debit card, it will always show some error even I enter right PIN... Tried to order new card and pin so many times but same problem occur every time. Recently I applied for credit card I received both card and pin. After 1day I got letter that my credit card has been suspended I can't use it anymore. I tried to contact customer service. They told to wait for 6more months to apply for new credit card. I used this card for years as my grocery and petrol card until they stopped doing this card, and used to get a lot of... I used this card for years as my grocery and petrol card until they stopped doing this card, and used to get a lot of rewards and exchange them for £50 Amazon vouchers. I do a lot of Amazon shopping the benefits of this card were huge, and am sad to see them end the freedom rewards for a regular cash back at such a low percentage. If you ever want to dispute a charge, they'll side with the merchant, even though I sent them emails from the merchant stating they would... If you ever want to dispute a charge, they'll side with the merchant, even though I sent them emails from the merchant stating they would credit my card back and failed to do so. Barclays still will not dispute the charge. Their call center is of course, overseas, and they are just "robots" that don't help at all. I'll have to file a suit against the merchant now.
