Not a user friendly app

The app often freezes and is very clunky to use , it’s not user friendly at all. I often had issues with making a payment... The app often freezes and is very clunky to use , it’s not user friendly at all. I often had issues with making a payment towards the card as transactions would freeze so, I had to call up customer services instead. The account does its job of a credit card fairly well and the fees are not horrendous but it’s just user friendly. Read more Read less
