superb, easy and modern!

I was recommended Plum a friend and told they were really, really simple to set up with and bank with. So I decided to give it ago! As promised, it was absolutely spot on! One of the almost seamless account opening processes I’ve been through. The maintenance of the account ect is also incredibly smooth and easy on the app. It’s really up there for me! They also offer rewards for recommendations and let you know about other products they have manners, modern way without being pushy. They are very good! Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

Excellent service, great at helping customers meet their financial goals and needs. Can’t recommend them enough! Their current account is also brilliant for every day shopping with cashback as well as using the card abroad. They’re so easy to work with and just great service all round. Review of the Barclaycard, Platinum credit cards:

10/10 for ease, app and service.

I’ve been with Barclay card for sometime now. The platinum account has good cash back offers on, their app to manage the account is easy to use and covers everything! The app also outlines card account offers including balance transfers, money transfers and the option to transfer your existing Barclaycard to another type they offer, with no new application! I’ve never ever know a high street bank to have that service. The only occasion I’ve needed to call them was for a charge back and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend

For simple, easy to understand insurance that’s not over complicated I would always recommend policy expert. I’ve been a customer for a few years and pricing is there or there abouts with competitors, I never swap to save £30/£40 quid because the service is great, their online portal is so easy to use - super user friendly and the telephony staff are great too.
