Very helpful bank

Very helpful bank with great customer service in branch and on the phone. I use them for a multitude of reasons and I have never had a problem in almost 20 years of using them. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Outstanding customer service

Very helpful and friendly…. Easy to get hold off and very quick to help any way they can. Been a different year for us with a fair few changes but Lloyds have helped make them as simple as could be. A massive thank you from myself and my family Reviewed on: 26th August 2023

Reliable service

I find Lloyds offers a good mix of accounts and the mobile app is useful and secure. I do however sometimes find it tricky to sort out issues, over the phone. I'm notified when my statement comes through, which I can view on the app. This is helpful. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Dependable and informative

Lloyds application is good, if like me you only have a credit card, you can see offers and claim cash. Making payments is easy and reliable. Terms and conditions are clear and Lloyds is better to bank with. Reviewed on: 14th July 2023
