Easy to set up and navigate

Banking with Lloyds

I’ve had a solid experience with Lloyds Bank overall. It feels like a traditional bank with a reliable reputation, and I’ve always appreciated the sense of security it provides. The mobile banking app is easy to navigate, and basic day-to-day tasks like transferring money or checking balances are simple. However, compared to more modern banks, it can sometimes feel a bit outdated in terms of features or speed. That said, whenever I’ve needed help, customer service has been polite and helpful, which I really value. Lloyds gives me peace of mind, especially for saving and managing essentials, but I’d love to see it evolve with more tools for budgeting, investing, or spending insights like newer digital banks are offering. So easy to set up the new savings account and with a very competitive savings rate. Would 100% recommend. I have banked with Lloyds for years and their customer service and customer protection is second to none. I have current accounts with them, savings and also have done business banking with them too.
