Just great all round.

A reasonable interest rate is what first attracted me to use Lloyds Bank (my bank) for a personal loan. Later, I fell into financial difficulties. Lloyds Banking Group staff are incredibly well-trained and respectful of people having financial difficulties. They listened, and offered advice. When I told them I was suffering from extreme anxiety, they offered further help, and the staff I spoke to were all knowledgeable about mental health issues. Just AMAZING Reviewed on: 28th June 2023

No 1 in banking and support

Very helpful and understanding staff to give you support with financial issues great support if you suffer mental health your helped with there crisis support team to ease money worries and comfort any concerns with financial worry. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
