Great bank, providing a personal touch

Following my daughters sudden death I was left with unexpected costs I went on branch to get advice and a loan. The staff members and manager were so understanding and kind and helped me when I was at my lowest. The branch is in Sheffield, High Street. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Applying for a personal loan was so simple and I was offered the best rate and repayment terms. You can easily log into your account to see your payments etc and receive updates on what other services are available. I would and have already recommended Zopa. Reviewed on: 14th January 2023
