Reliable service

I find Lloyds offers a good mix of accounts and the mobile app is useful and secure. I do however sometimes find it tricky to sort out issues, over the phone. I'm notified when my statement comes through, which I can view on the app. This is helpful. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

User friendly app

The moneybox app is simple to use, and easy to understand. I can easily see my contributions and potential government bonus. Previously I needed assistance because I wasn't sure when the cut-off point was for current tax-year contributions to my Lifetime ISA, and their customer service was fast and helpful. They have provided useful webinars about saving and investing. I recommend them. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
