Everyday offers cashback doesn't track

I like the in credit interest, but the Everyday Offers cashback scheme is clunky and unreliable. To access the offers you have to scroll through the joining info each time, even when already signed up, and there is no option to flag qualifying transactions that haven't been tracked for cashback. Inconsistent

They changed underwriter mid-policy, so claims keep getting lost between old and new one, correspondence went astray several times and had to be chased up. Reviewed on: 7th September 2025

Good performer

Runs well, doesn't need much input, claims government bonus automatically. Always pleasantly surprised when I check in to see how well it's performing. Like that it has environment/social responsibility fund that can be opted into. Reviewed on: 9th March 2025

Much improved

I went off Cheddar and didn't use them for ages as it seemed impossible to hit the payment threshold. However they've now started selling store giftcards with competitive cashback rates so I've been tempted back and am able to cash out regularly. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

Fair price

I appreciated that they were willing to match a renewal quote I had seen elsewhere. However it was disappointing that when they tried to add on Breakdown Cover they couldn't give a definitive answer to the question of whether our dog would be permitted to ride with us in the rescue vehicle if we needed roadside assistance. I learned recently that some recovery services make the dog stay in the car, which is towed separately - we would consider this totally unacceptable and don't want to sign up to a service that would treat our beloved pet this way.
