Zero % extended deal is amazing

Amazing Customer Service

Stand-out customer service, I've never been a fan of phone calls (and thought nothing could beat a good app) but wow! The telephone service is amazing, calls picked up quickly and dealt with succinctly. The app is very basic, but that's how it should be. only drawback is the fact the card designs (and the 5 logos) are a bit of a mess. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Great Card

Great interest free period and committed to responsible lending

Apart from the good customer service that comes with this card, the knowledge that there's a great interest free period and you don't need to set an unaffordable credit limit makes it very reassuring. Reviewed on: 18th November 2015

Banking done well

I can't recommend First Direct enough. It often has some nice offers and has a very generous 0% interest rate period. In addition, the customer service is great. Reviewed on: 15th June 2015

No thrills but great free interest period

I chose to apply for this account primarily because I love the normal First Direct service. The 17 month free interest period is a great added feature which is proving very helpful! Reviewed on: 21st February 2015
