Was Fantastic... Until it wasn't

I think I'm right in saying By Miles have changed their underwriter. So while I was all in with the brand, even inviting family and friends along the way. They said to me a few months ago their policies were being quoted at over £2000, I thought it couldn't be right. Lo and behold, my renewal price goes from £200 upfront + 8p per mile to over £1400 up front + 29p per mile. Amazing Customer Service

Stand-out customer service, I've never been a fan of phone calls (and thought nothing could beat a good app) but wow! The telephone service is amazing, calls picked up quickly and dealt with succinctly. The app is very basic, but that's how it should be. only drawback is the fact the card designs (and the 5 logos) are a bit of a mess. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Best Bank I've Used

I've tried over the years NatWest, RBS, Lloyds, Santander, HSBC, First Direct (which is pretty great) & Nationwide. Monzo beats them all with by a long distance. It's app, customer service is fantastic - it's amount of products ever growing. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Simple, just as insurance should be!

ByMiles was coming up as the cheapest on all the comparison sites. Cheap usually does not mean good! However, their website is a breeze, the app is reliable and everything, strangely, just works? Even down to the policy number being memorable! I’ve recommended it now to two of my relatives, in a WFH age, we don’t need insurance ticking away 24/7!
