Solid, but not overwhelming

The bank has nothing particularly wrong with it other than the website is quite awkward to use and the Perks system doesn't appear to work properly. They are very tight on security but it's not ideal to force customers to do everything via the app. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Better value for money

The price drop from my last insurer was very impressive, for a lot of the same coverage. I haven't as of yet had to report or claim anything but everything was clear early and whenever I needed to ring up for help they were very useful. Reviewed on: 1st October 2025

User friendly

Very easy to use and allows multiple pots for different savings goals. Howver, interest rate doesn't really change significantly between pots which doesn't incentivise locking money away in a 30 or 90 day pot like it used to. Reviewed on: 14th June 2025
