Extremely expensive, they allow you to raise your credit limit far too quickly which is not hood for people with money problems, very poor customer service

    Terrible company that are always right and the custo...

    Terrible company that are always right and the customer is always wrong. They have the cheek trying to correct what you say you have already... Terrible company that are always right and the customer is always wrong. They have the cheek trying to correct what you say you have already told them and twist the actual facts. I was diagnosed with cancer and I immediately told all my creditors of the situation telling them that my income would be severely impacted and I needed to really reduce my payments. They set an unaffordable amount not listening to what I could afford and when I didn’t reply to their message immediately because I was having an operation ( I had told them about this operation and said I would be unable to reply to any messages during my hospital stay and I would contact them asap)they slapped a default notice on me so my account is closed no access to the app and now I just owe a debt. All the times I stayed in contact explained every detail of my illness and situation and all they wanted was their money. I had been with this company for many years and never missed a payment never had an issue but get ill and they really do not care and show their true colours. Everyone you speak to is cold and robotic never wanting to admit to wrong doing and they never what to be helpful or show any compassion, just chasing your payments. At a time when I was so ill and still am the stress they put me under did not help me. All of my other creditors were very helpful and understanding but not BIP. I think this cancer will get me in the end and luckily for me I will have no assets left because being ill is like a full time job but you don’t get paid so they will have to write of my debt because when I have nothing they get nothing. I’m sure one day they will go down the pan as an unscrupulous lender who charges way too much interest and will be sued by their customers which will put them into liquidation. Read more Read less

    I don’t believe adding additional fees to the customer that is already paying extortionately high interest rates helps the customer in any way. They don’t...
