Day time robbery.

Day time robbery. Stay away from these thefts. I make a payment of £200, they add £167 interest. I wanted to close my balance in full and got a verbal confirmation over the phone that there won’t be any interest if I close the balance in one go. High interest rates and punitive charges damaging

I don’t believe adding additional fees to the customer that is already paying extortionately high interest rates helps the customer in any way. They don’t provide enough help or support if you are struggling to pay because of their high and punitive rates. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
