High interest rates and punitive charges damaging

I don’t believe adding additional fees to the customer that is already paying extortionately high interest rates helps the customer in any way. They don’t provide enough help or support if you are struggling to pay because of their high and punitive rates. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

I’ve had my Aqua card for over a year now, and it’s been a key part of improving my credit score. The app is simple and reliable for making payments. Over the last 12 months, I’ve seen my credit limit increase, and as long as you pay it off in full every month to avoid the high interest, it’s a fantastic tool.
