Review of the Jaja Finance, Credit card:

Avoid any card underwritten by jaja

Used the Asda card for a couple of years. Recently bought a dog carrier on a fake Lidl website. Nothing happened until the next day when my asda app told me of two purchases of £89 and £98 from a cafe in London. I immediately rand Jaja but only to get an automated reply we will freeze your card and be in touch within 2 weeks. Even used the potential fraud link which suggested I freeze the card and we will be in touch. The usual pay your statement email. No phone call, no email, no text or message from jaja or the app after what is now 4 weeks. no new card, nothing at all from this appalling company. Reviewed on: 26th May 2026
