JaJa Finance has been fraudulently making up lies that im consistently applying for their credit card. I have never heard or seen anything about their credit card let alone apply for it. I don't understand how they've managed to do that. I've reported it and its being investigated currently. I'm appalled by this. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I forgot my special code in March 2015. They blocked my card and access to app. I provided the relevant signed copies for proof of identity & they sent me a "thanks for your documents " letter in Aug 25. I tried writing, calling etc but they treated me like a criminal. I had to put in an FSA Ombudsman complaint which took months. In Feb 2026, they've written to me telling me there's been fraudulent activity on my card, which I have had access to for almost a year now. They've asked me to contact them via the app but I'm still blocked so can't. Again, I've tried calling but am on hold for several hours at a time. This is a company set up by two Norwegian guys who've bought up UK Post Office credit cards and Bank of Ireland. They're so bad it's illegal, shameful and immoral. Anxiety inducing to say the least. Bad experience with Jaja finance credit card

This company had blocked my credit card and have not explained to me why they have done this. Its been 4 days that i have not been able to use the card. In 2025 this is too long to be without a functioning bank card . Reviewed on: 2nd September 2025

Such a bad experience first they was showing me no intrest for 6 months but right after first month they start charging me intrest and then telling me that at the contract time there was no discount no offer to you but I’m 100% sure when I apply it it was an offer for me at that time the biggest scam and high intrest Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

My card was used fraudulently in November 2024 and I am being treated like a criminal, they have blocked my App access and because I didn't know my security word had to get a cheaply photocopied piece of paper with poor use of the English language filled in with a copy of my Passport signed by my Dentist agreeing it is me... I mean...Please it's the 21st century! Since this happened I might add they accepted a £1350 balance transfer to clear my card! Terrible company and shouldn't be allowed to trade...Avoid at all costs Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Rubbish customer service who just hang up on you for no reason. Very uneducated person dealing with customer service . He lazy goose who does not even wanna try and speak he just hangs up so he can show records he attended calls . People like that should be fired. They pure dirty finance .
