Very easy and responsible credit card provider

So far nothing but a positive experience with a Jaja credit card. Main point is that it just works (as a credit card should!). But the setup makes it easy to use the card well, from direct debit payments, the ability to freeze the card, notifications about spending and balance management, and the application process. avoid ASDA Money and JAJA Finance:

I received another postal letter with decision closed in Yourcause favour, which is ridiculous, JAJA finance used a print out from merchant system on the 15th Nov. but the charity organization FQMS I want to donate to confirmed that they have not received the money on the 18th Jan, that is more than 2 month and funding hasn't paid to FQMS. The only reason I paid through Yourcause.com is that they claim to provide 1:1 matching on the donation amount, but they rejected the 1:1 matching with unexpectable reasons in the first place, and even worse that my money hasn't been paid to FQMS. How can ASDA MONEY and JAJA Finance act like this? I'm totally upset about what I have come through with all these, even calling JAJA finance last week, it took me 1 and half hour to wait on the call before reaching someone. This is the worst financial service company I've ever experienced. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024

Disgusting. Irritating company

I've had this card not even a few months , and for no reason , it's been blocked , I cannot access anything online. I've been told every time I call that my account is under investigation. But they cannot say why. This is causing a lot of anxiety. All am told is someone will call me once the review is done. That they cannot discuss anything on the account. When I said I'd like to pay my monthly fee , they gave me an account number at which was wrong what was stated online. When I asked the question ,she said , that's what I have. So I said I won't pay then as it's different online. Wtf. This company Is a joke and wished I never got it. It's caused nothing but stress and anxiety that I really should not feel !!! Poor credit decision will not explain why.

False Credit Report. I have 3 Credit Score from. Transunion 622 out of 710 Experian 999 excellent and NatWess 622 out of 710 all Good. They would not give me the reason why. Credit Report does not work when you put the cursor on the green dots. Asda losing customers will not shop at Asda anymore. Reviewed on: 13th November 2023

JaJa Appalling record/Fake Reviews

Please note, the positive reviews on JaJa on TrustPilot are fake. They are known to be written by JaJa. JaJa are renowned as having acquired an extremely poor reputation from customers. Customers cannot access their cards and accounts and are then locked out. JaJa falsely claim to send codes to customer phones. These codes are NEVER received as JaJa routinely informs customers that they DO NOT have an account. Customers have had to close their accounts with Bank of Ireland because of JaJa and JaJa arrogantly refuses to engage with customers. Ever since they took over Bank of Ireland Credit Card service, they have caused absolute chaos and misery for most if not all customers. Read the negative reviews for truthful experiences.
