Great for those who don’t have a clue...

I’ve had fantastic experience with Halifax customer service around my fixed rate mortgage. They were able to answer any questions I had - even some really simple ones - I felt like they didn’t judge me and I could ask anything! This is great for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of mortgage knowledge. Definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 13th June 2025
