This is a scam

This is a scam—stay away. I've been a Halifax customer for over 20 years. My Ultimate Reward Current Account includes travel insurance. However, when my holiday was cancelled due to , my claim was rejected. The customer service I received was absolutely appalling—rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Don't waste your time or money.
