They lost MY £1,100 wire transfer AGAIN!

They lost MY £1,100 wire transfer AGAIN! Yet again Ulsterbank have lost an international transfer. This is not the first time. Check my reviews. They are incapable of receiving international wires, despite my Investment bank in the US providing endless information, proof, and support on the matter. Unless you literally want thousands of pounds of your money to vanish into thin air with Ulsterbank doing absolutely nothing about it, then I would AVOID this bank! I made the mistake of staying with them, NEVER AGAIN! Reviewed on: 6th August 2025

DO NOT JOIN DO NOT JOIN! Sent an international transfer of £2000.00 and they have froze my payment requesting more information. I provided this information over 30 days ago and they still have not released the funds. Customer service is useless, and this is what happens when you underpay your staff. No one from the international team will talk with me, I just have to accept that my hard earned money has been kept and there is nothing I can do about it. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022
