What Payment Prorection?

Oh, I’ve just been thrilled since July dealing with Paypal. Nobody to chat with in person, of course, and they keep pushing the case review date farther and farther without lifting a finger to help. And their so-called Payment Protection? Completely unsurpassed—if only it actually protected your payment. They’re just wonderful at passing the buck and prolonging the inevitable.
