Easy set-up

Really easy to set-up. Everything is done simply using the online form. They tell you just before they are about to collect your direct debit. All in all cannot fault. I’m hoping that I don’t need to claim but if I do then on current experience I don’t expect any problems. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

I took out insurance with Bought by Many then only a week later had the misfortune to have to have a very sick dog who needed a great deal of care. They were so supportive, helpful, listen to me upset on the phone & made claiming a breeze. The whole bill was settled within a week too despite ongoing treatment, they have supported me all the way. I’ve used the insurance once this year since having my dog. It was easy and quick to use. A few simple questions online, attach a copy of the receio from the emergency vet and hey presto! Refund followed! Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
