Best cover and such a good amount to pay. Compared to others. Not had to claim but heard by from other Frenchie mums they are amazing. Phones to confirm some details and staff are lovely! Couldn’t recommend safer hands for my pup. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

I have found this company very easy to deal with. I had to make a claim and I followed the simple steps of giving them a brief description of the problem and they did the rest. They kept me up to date with the progress so there was no need for me to contact them. Payment was also prompt. I would recommend them to a friend. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

BBM is one if the best decisions I’ve made regarding my pet. Unfortunately my dog hurt his leg and needed surgery and the claim process was unbelievably simple. No tedious forms, just a quick few questions online and they took care of everything. Super fast as well. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
