Easy to claim, no hidden conditions

I took out pet insurance on our puppy, when we got him six months ago. I've had to take him to the vet a few times for little things (runny eyes, bald spot) that are normal for puppies, but can be expensive nonetheless. The claims were easy, less than a minute's work, after which they verify the claim directly with your vet. They keep you posted on the progress, and have gotten the money back each time within 2-3 weeks. The things they don't cover (neutering, vaccinations, passport) are clearly stated so you know up front what exactly you're signing up for. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018
