Great customer service and excellent cover for my dogs! Really easy to get a quote and set up. I had to change a few things after I’d gone ahead and customer services did it all very quickly. Got an extra 15% discount for multiple pets. 50% cheaper than my last insurance company and I get more for my money. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Can't fault the friendly and great service

We sadly had to claim for our little hound, who needed an operation on his femur. Despite the claim being over £1600 BBM dealt with the vets directly which meant instead of stressing we were able to give our attention to the rehab of our furry family member. (As it should be!)
