A great company who really cares

When my cat had an accident in June I was worried about dealing with the insurance company as I had never had to claim before. It was so easy, I just filled in the online form and they did the rest. I was reimbursed within a week! Unheard of right! I had to take him for 3 follow up appointments and rang them to see if I could include these as the claim had already been paid and a lovely sales assistant told me that yes they would cover that and don't worry about it just fill in ...
