Outstanding & compassionate service.

My dog was covered under my NFU policy & the service I received was outstanding. We were treated kindly & with compassion vet's bills were paid promptly, and even a holiday which had to be cancelled, was covered by the policy Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

Caring, Courteous, professional

I have had my horses with NFU for years. True, they are not the cheapest, but their level of cover reflects this. Payment is prompt and direct to my vet as this is my preferred option. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2021

NFU INSURANCE

We have used NFU for many many years and will continue to do so for home insurance, however pet insurance and car insurance proved to be too expensive. We would have like to have all our insurances with one company, it would make our lives much easier. Finally horse insurance with NFU is brilliant. Reviewed on: 14th September 2020

5* Horse Insurance

Fantastic for dealing with claim when one of my horses injured herself badly. No quibbles from them and even threw in £500 for additional feeding and bedding during respite. May be more expensive than other horse insurance policies but has proven to be the right choice. Reviewed on: 17th August 2019

so pleased with the service from nfu over my ponies insurance claim for his teeth. they have been excellent throughout and so very helpful as I've never claimed before and wasn't sure what I needed to do but they have guided me all the way. well recommended Reviewed on: 29th July 2019

Had no problem with 2 very high claims in 2 years.

We have a very old dog insured with this company. She managed to do 2 cruiciat ligaments in 2years. There was no problem at all about paying out for the vets fees. They even paid the vets direct so we didn't have to pay and then reclaim. Our premium did rise after this but this was to be expected. Reviewed on: 6th November 2015
