Just before Christmas they were notified of accident and curtesy car provided the same day. Claim handled very efficiently.

CANCELLED ALL my Policies

I have CANCELLED ALL my insurance… I have CANCELLED ALL my insurance policies with NFU. They expected me to drive with a broken car windscreen... I have CANCELLED ALL my insurance… I have CANCELLED ALL my insurance policies with NFU. They expected me to drive with a broken car windscreen 22+ miles, 50 mins, to get it repaired, no repair available in my drive even though car windscreen covered my insurance. I am nearly 80. Also their policies are v v expensive. Date of breakage sometime in July I think, torn up all their 3 Policies. Read more Read less

    Changed to Nfu. The customer service guy was knowledgeable, helpful and guided me through the changeover impeccably. I was very pleased in deed. All done... Changed to Nfu.     Protected under the thatch.

    I live in a Grade 2 part thatched cottage, this means it is very difficult to find an insurer. If you do find a specialist... I live in a Grade 2 part thatched cottage, this means it is very difficult to find an insurer. If you do find a specialist insurer the premiums are very high.     NFU sourced a replacement for my stolen watch

    When I had a valuable watch stolen they found an identical replacement at a time when there were 2 year waiting lists for that particular model.
