CANCELLED ALL my Policies

I have CANCELLED ALL my insurance… I have CANCELLED ALL my insurance policies with NFU. They expected me to drive with a broken car windscreen 22+ miles, 50 mins, to get it repaired, no repair available in my drive even though car windscreen covered my insurance. I am nearly 80. Also their policies are v v expensive. Date of breakage sometime in July I think, torn up all their 3 Policies. Reviewed on: 8th October 2026

Easy and helpful to deal with

Always pleasant and helpful to deal with, quick and efficient. And a pleasure to be rewarded for loyalty as always easier to stick with the same provider than start doing research and switch. When I added a 3rd driver to my policy, it brought my premium down which was an added nice surprise. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

Just got car renewal in the post.

Very happy customers!

We have 2 cars insured by NFU Mutual and have been very happy for the past 4 years. We always price compare and NFU are far from the cheapest but the range of what is included, the interest free monthly payments, their customer service, assistance and advice they offer cannot be beaten.
