The customer service people are really helpful and f...

The customer service people are really helpful and friendly, however the small print on the policy revealed a few scares which had not been highlighted such as the cover can fall to third party only if the mileage exceeds the estimated annual mileage figure. I would have added a few thousand Miles for peace of mind if i had known. Reviewed on: 12th October 2026

One off claim experience.

I have only had to make a claim once, but was passed to intermediary persons which meant a lot of repetition of information. Having said that resolution went without a hitch so that was good. Reviewed on: 12th October 2026
