Team are absolutely great, always helpful and knowledgable. easy to interact with and get hold of (I love the digital only experience, tbh). Been with them for years, liked them for the innovative model, but stayed for the exceptional service. Not the cheapest, but IMO the best value (for peace of mind!) Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Easy claims process, helpful humans throughout

When I had to make a claim the process was really easy, I spoke to one person throughout who was really helpful and answered all my questions and the money to repair my bike was transferred quickly directly to the repair shop. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026
