Terrible insurance. I opened a claim weeks ago, for damages. Every email interaction requires at least one week. So far, the faster response time was... Terrible insurance. I opened a claim weeks ago, for damages. Every email interaction requires at least one week. So far, the faster response time was 4 working days. When you are trying to agree on the next steps to fix the damage on your bike, this could require multiple email interactions, making the process super long. They should be focusing less on marketing and more on actually doing the job Read more Read less

    Great, customer service. No fuss solution.

    Had to make a claim. It was sorted with just a few phone calls and a couple photos of the damage. Replacement frame was shipped... Had to make a claim.
