I was happy with the renewal price.

I have not needed to claim on the caravan insurance, so I am unable to comment if this process works well. Customer service is very good. While renewing the cover recently, I was made aware of all the changes to the insurance offered and how they effected the policy. The changes did reduce the cost of the cover this year.
