Insurance That Pays Out

NFU is consistently a Which best buy. Value for money with a renewal loyalty discount. Want cheap, none paying insurance, go with an offshore insurer. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Friendly service

Totally trustworthy.

Knowledgeable friendly staff ensure I’m choosing the right product and level of cover. A storm damage claim was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Picky

Contacted NFU to try to cover two properties, admittedly one is for sale but not likely to be sold soon, told underwriters not interested. The second property is an ice cream and coffee shop, told that because only the fixtures and fittings and public liabilities would be needed, underwriters say not interested again. Not good to say they are an insurance company, very picky! Not entirely saying nfu at fault but not a good liaison with underwriters, so will not consider them again for anything, so much for all the tv advertising for custom!
