I’m giving insurance octopus a solid 10 stars because they managed to hire such a top-notch employee, Corey King. He went above and beyond with helping us and making sure that all information was clear and understandable. And also managed to find me super cheap insurance!!! Please give that man a raise. Found elsewhere for 1/3rd the cost

When re applying for my hotel insurance was quoted £4,800 and went on line and found it elsewhere for £1,400 - for the exact same insurance. Outrageous while claiming to be a leading insurance broker and if I can find this for myself online - with the first company I tried, why use this company that clearly is in business for the insurance companies and not the customer. They are scammers

taking on a new premises so needed a bit of help with what we needed cover for. The guy was rude, unhelpful and said he would email a quote on predicted figures until we could find out more. He clearly wanted the business that day and didn't hear from him again. Waste of time! Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

Terrible Customer Service

I have been persistently called again and again regarding the insurance for me business. When the member of staff calling from Insurance Octopus was getting straight through to me he was so rude to me staff, all he cared about was getting to speak to the right person to get his commission. Terrible service. Went elsewhere and will not be using this company ever. Reviewed on: 17th February 2020
