Octopus is a very easy company to deal with staff know what they are talking about and give good valid advise. The insurance is good quality, value for money. Staff are very polite and will ring you when it's convenient they understand working patens of there customers. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018

Very helpful and happy call centre to deal with. Short waiting times, quick and accurate service getting my documents. Great call back service at busy times. Easy to make changes to my policy and always able to effectively answer my queries on products. Saved me money on the annual policy review with better coverage so I can't think of a reason to look elsewhere! Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
