Found elsewhere for 1/3rd the cost

When re applying for my hotel insurance was quoted £4,800 and went on line and found it elsewhere for £1,400 - for the exact same insurance. Outrageous while claiming to be a leading insurance broker and if I can find this for myself online - with the first company I tried, why use this company that clearly is in business for the insurance companies and not the customer.
