Pays claims once diligent checking has been carried, doesn't stall by asking irrelevant questions. Claim handlers listen and understand my comments, without a prolonged explanation. Customer services have always replied promptly to my queries (via email). Reviewed on: 21st October 2024

My pet wouldn’t be here without this insurance.

I have unfortunately had to use my pet insurance for my very poorly dog and the process and payments have been easy, prompt and hassle free leaving me to care for my pet when he needs me the most. I had substantial bills and staff were helpful and the process was simple for both refunding and direct payments. I’ve also used the free vet access which is a great extra.
