Savings transfer query

I wanted to transfer some funds from my Savings account and spoke to Katie from the Troon branch who was very helpful and clear in explaining what the process involved and the steps to follow. She was also very well informed on other options available for me to consider should I wish to set up a regular saver or ISA account with Scottish Building Society. Thank you, Katie.
