I visited the Inverness branch...

I visited the Inverness branch to discuss some accounts that my Mum hold with SBS as Mum was in hospital and not able to attend. She took me through how Mum could make the transactions needed and gave me the forms for Mum to complete. The service she provided was very friendly, personal and helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

Great customer service

I was requesting to transfer money from the Building Society to my bank account. I received excellent service from Shirley at the Inverness Branch. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Shirley made me feel very secure indoing this transaction Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Friendly, helpful and face-to-face service
