Rachel was patient and most helpful, emailing me the information I was seeking very promptly indeed.. This has been a very difficult year for me and my family, and I have not paid enough attention to many things. I was in the Edinburgh branch on Tuesday and was serviced by maxine who was very attentive and helpful she assisted me through the web to show me how to become a digital customer which I wasn't going to do given I only have a fixed isa with your self and dont feel the need to, however she explained its always good to be able to view your account and maturity dates and also if I opened any further accounts I would see them immediately so I will indeed think about this but she was very helpful Reviewed on: 24th July 2026
