Easy account opening procedure, by setting up the right direct debits you can cover the monthly account fee from the cash back and achieve a decent interest rate on up to £20k.
Only negative is that they were unduly harsh in cutting the rate from 3% to 1.5% when base rate was cut by 0.5%
