l just wanted a change of vehicle..made phone calls...had to wait for reply..again waited for return call NO CALL...rang again fobbed off again...then told l will have to renew my insurance as they do not do a change of vehicle...ABSOLUTE RUBBISH...Never again will l use POST OFFICE INSURANCE plus l will not renew my other policy's with them. grrrrrrrr
