Someone crashed into me last year.. Admiral made it so easy.

In May of 2019 someone crashed into me, the back chassis of my car had completely collapsed. Soon after the crash, I was on the phone to Admiral who took the time to speak clearly to me (which really helped as I was in such a state of shock) and quickly organised a courtesy car for me which was ready for me within a day of the crash! Although the crash led to me having to make a number of calls, Admiral always made it feel easy and made a very good estimate for the old car.
