Took 2 months to get a payout on a no fault collision after Hastings passed responsibility to Enterprise and Incident Management Solutions, who were totally ineffective. No communication on progress (more accurately the lack of progress) with me having to constantly try to get information. Eventually passed back to Hastings, who delayed processes and dragged things out and again a lack of communication. A company to avoid!!! Reviewed on: 27th July 2020
